Refer a Friend and you BOTH get $100.00!!
When a current tenant refers a friend and they move in, the current tenant will recieve a referal bonus of $100.00 off the first full month their friend lives at one of our properties. The friend will recieve their $100.00 referal bonus off their first months rent! When filling out the application the friend must put current tenants name and apartment number on the "how did you hear about us section."
